AutoVision Awards 2025 – Jury President Announced

We are honored to announce that Mr. Randall Rothenberg will serve as President of the International Jury for the 2025 AutoVision Awards.

Over the past forty years, Rothenberg has consistently stood at the forefront of industry transformation, leading consumer and B2B brands, media groups, advertising agencies, technology companies, government agencies, non-profit organizations, and creative communities through technology-driven waves of change. He has insightfully embraced and shaped innovation trends. Widely recognized as one of the world’s most influential thinkers in market strategy and brand communication, he is the founder of Randall, Ltd., with a career that has profoundly influenced the restructuring of multiple industries.

From 2007 to 2022, Rothenberg served as CEO and Executive Chair of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB). Under his leadership, IAB grew into one of the most influential global organizations in digital marketing and media, playing a vital role in building the infrastructure and setting the standards of the digital advertising ecosystem.

His landmark automotive book, Where the Suckers Moon: The Life and Death of an Advertising Campaign, was praised by the late NYU media scholar Neil Postman as “the best book about advertising I’ve ever read.” It remains a key text in undergraduate and graduate programs around the world.

Earlier in his career, Rothenberg served as an editor and reporter at The New York Times, where he focused on the evolving intersections of advertising, media, and technology. He has also contributed to leading publications such as Advertising Age, Esquire, GQ, The Nation, and New York Magazine, continuing to shape the global understanding of communication and transformation.

With decades of deep experience across global markets, media, and technology, Rothenberg brings a unique strategic perspective to this year’s AutoVision Awards. His leadership will guide the jury in recognizing entries that truly represent the future of mobility and reimagine brand value through innovation.
